One day...it took so long time to form a group that I came up with this idea.
The new user interface for group searching would be nice.

Every player will have a button called "Look for group"(for example).
If a player clicks that button, his/her name will be entered into "Search" window. Pressing "o" will open up the search window..which will look somewhat similar to "friend list" window; except it has description tab where you can type any information about yourself(limited number of words or space).
The "Search" window will look somewhat like this

-Warrior primary-
Player Name : Description
John (W/Mo) : looking for group for mission
Dan (W/El) : bonus only

-Monk primary-
Player Name : Description
Sarah (Mo/El) : Healer, bonus and mission
Sam (Mo/N) : looking for runner, paying 1k

...and so on

When you click player's name, list of options will appear; something like invite, send message, and ignore. If you click invite, his/her name will be entered into "party list" window.

I think this will speed up group forming process. For example, if I don't see any monks listed on "Search" window...I can simply hire hench monks...knowing that there are currently no monk players who like to play.
